As an Indigenous, Chicano, LatinX, Disabled, Queer & Nonbinary Artist, their work is rooted in cultural memory, resistance, healing, and survival in the face of systemic racism, ableism, & poverty.
Originally from Antioch, California, V Luna is based in Oakland, San Francisco, and Berkeley. Their work is informed by years of lived experience surrounding mental health, death, domestic abuse, healthcare access, houselessness, gang violence, and advocacy for low-income bipoc communities.
